Kia employees reported positively on areas such as working atmosphere trust in management corporate strategy pride in working for the company benefits facilities and much more The Role The Website Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting with the development implementation and monitoring of website changes including campaigns product information and search engine optimisations aimed at increasing website engagement and generating leads. Responsibilities Supporting the delivery of digital excellence across the digital platforms of Kia UK. This includes the day-to-day running of the Kia website and Kia dealer websites working in conjunction with the Website Marketing Manager Website Marketing Specialist and Kias agency partners. Updating focusing on posting engaging up-to-date content covering product launches quarterly campaign updates and global campaign materials. Increasing Kias digital footprint through search engine optimisation. Managing projects getting creative sourcing assets and implementing digitally excellent solutions. Working with agency partners to ensure were getting the best support possible. Creating summaries of upcoming projects and website enhancements to provide marketing updates to internal and external partners. About You The ideal candidate will be : Studying a relevant degree (e.g. a Business or Marketing related subject) Able to work effectively within a team and independently. Passionate and hard-working open to developing knowledge and skills. Proactive taking the initiative to develop fresh approaches and new solutions. The ideal candidate will have : A high level of attention to detail. A positive can-do attitude. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Good organisation skills.
