You will get the pleasure of instilling transferable and vital skills of food hygiene to all the students you will assist, and give young chefs all the knowledge necessary to prepare their first meals. Planning and marking is not a part of this role so you will be able to put all your attention on the hands‑on (fun) part of Food Technology. Ensuring the students handle kitchen equipment safely and confidently managing class behaviour will be necessary.
