Opportunity – Role We’re looking for a National Sales Lead to drive growth in the Home Improvement and Renewables sector. This pivotal role will: Own the strategy for identifying and onboarding new partners—both direct and broker‑led. Build strong relationships with retailers and brokers to deliver sustainable growth. Work closely with internal teams to shape propositions, influence decisions, and ensure compliance. Be the face of V12 in a dynamic, regulated market—bringing insight, energy, and commercial acumen. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in retail finance new business acquisition and account management. Strong knowledge of the Home Improvement and Renewables sector. Ability to influence at all levels, from internal stakeholders to board‑level partners. A track record of hitting targets in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
