Salary is negotiable within the professorial range, depending on skills and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including accommodation allowance, insurance, schooling support, home flight allowance, relocation and repatriation support, and paid annual leave. Opportunities may also be available to apply for Chinese talent schemes, subject to eligibility.
