Key Responsibilities Shape and deliver the enterprise integration strategy, ensuring systems are seamlessly connected, resilient, and future‑ready. Act as the architectural lead for integration platforms and services, working closely with the CIO and senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic business outcomes. Define and maintain integration roadmaps, embedding principles such as API‑first, automation, and cloud‑native design while supporting a portfolio of transformation initiatives. Design scalable integration frameworks, oversee the deployment of core services (API gateways, messaging platforms), and ensure governance across architecture standards. Apply deep technical expertise in enterprise technologies (e.g., TIBCO or similar), legacy systems, and application platforms. Engage stakeholders pragmatically, focusing on long‑term value and operational excellence. Qualifications Proven experience with enterprise integration technologies, ideally TIBCO or equivalent platforms, within large‑scale environments. Strong technical background in application and platform architecture, with hands‑on experience across hybrid and legacy systems. Demonstrated ability to modernise legacy platforms and integrate them into scalable, future‑fit solutions. Practical knowledge of integration tools and patterns, including API management, ESBs, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and event‑driven architecture. Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and CI/CD pipelines, alongside robust API security practices. Relevant certifications (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure, Dell Boomi) and ideally TOGAF Level 2. A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
