The team leader is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the team in partnership with clinical and admin leads and the service manager.The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, sharing our passion for innovation and continuous service improvement. You will understand and embrace the challenge of delivering a service, which is high quality, efficient, and sustainable, in keeping with the principles of prudent healthcare.Main duties of the jobA background of working within Child Mental Health Services and a knowledge of the Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA) would be advantageous.
