About the role Our partner needs an experienced Lead Technical Artist to join one of their most successful social casino titles. This is a key role that calls for a proactive, positive mindset. You'll be guiding a dynamic Tech Art team that champions innovation and collaboration across the entire project. What you’ll do: Proven experience as a Lead Technical Artist in mobile games Expert skills in designing and implementing visuals in Unity, with a strong focus on technical performance Solid understanding of 2D art import and integration best practices within a 2D mobile application Experience in C# programming Strong knowledge of 2D/3D asset creation software Proficiency with version control systems (specifically git) Skills in optimizing mobile game performance Strong capabilities in shaders, VFX, animation, and art direction implementation in Unity Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities Fluency in English and ability to represent the tech art team in cross‑functional forums Experience with project management tools like Jira What makes you ideal: You're a supportive leader who mentors and unblocks your team You have an eye for quality and can deliver both visual and technical feedback You're highly organized and can manage multiple features and priorities simultaneously You contribute meaningfully to creative and technical discussions, balancing design vision with performance requirements You understand mobile games, art, and game mechanics at a deep level You're passionate about visual appeal and constantly explore new approaches to push creative boundaries within technical constraints #J-18808-Ljbffr
