Class Teacher - Primary Education 📍 Location: Basingstoke Area📅 Start Date: Jan 2026💰 Daily Rate: £140 - £180 per day (depending on experience) Exciting Opportunity for a Class Teacher We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join a thriving and inclusive primary school in the Basingstoke area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Class Teacher or an ECT looking to begin their career in a supportive and well-established team. The successful Class Teacher will be working across both infant and junior phases, delivering high-quality learning experiences and contributing to the wider school community. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and higher ability pupils Use assessment to inform planning and track pupil progress Maintain high expectations for behaviour and create a safe, positive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school's ethos and values What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum Successful experience working as a Class Teacher in a primary setting (either as an ECT or experienced teacher) A team player who contributes positively to school life A Class Teacher who is passionate about making a difference Whether you're an experienced Class Teacher or an ECT ready to take the next step, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment.
