Are you an experienced Class 2 Driver looking to join an organisation that can offer you the training and development to progress your career?At GXO, we recognise that it's our people who help keep the nation moving so due to continued growth, we are looking for Class 2 Drivers to join us in Bathgate In this role, you will be responsible for delivering freshly roasted Costa Coffee beans and delicious food items to our stores, ensuring that they receive their orders in top-quality condition and on time.You will be working a minimum of 48 hours per week, on a 5 on 3 off' shift pattern, with start times between 05:00 and 09:00.Pay, benefits and more:Anannual salary of£39,557.70Overtime paid attime and a halfOn-going annual CPC trainingHoliday pay and Workplace pensionA 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programmeAccess to ourMyBenefitsplatform offering a variety of high street discounts, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much moreAccess toGXO University- home to a wealth of online training courses, meaning your development never endsWhat you'll do on a typical day:Deliver chilled, frozen, and ambient products to Costa Coffee stores on a multi-drop route, using totes and tote boardsCarry out pre and after-use vehicle checks in line with company policyUnload stock from totes upon arrival at each storeCollect and return waste to the siteInspect the vehicle for any defects or signs of wear and tear, reporting issues promptlyComplete all required paperwork accurately and on timeWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Hold a valid Class 2 licenceLess than six points on your licence (as well as no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements)An up-to-date CPC and Digital TachographCommitment to safety and compliance with driving regulationsExcellent communication skills and ability to work on your initiativeWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chainsGXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
