Lifeguard (Bank) Location: Surbiton FWC Type: Part‑time bank (flexible, ad‑hoc hours). Pay: £12.58 per hour Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. Job Description At Nuffield Health we pride ourselves on creating a safe and welcoming environment for all our members and visitors. From our swimming pool to the steam room, we need someone to help keep customers safe and happy. Responsibilities Help members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Be attentive and alert at all times. Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment. Welcome and support members when using the facilities. Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents straight away. Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times. Requirements Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records. Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Passionate about great customer care and a real team player.
