Role Overview As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Fossil – focused, committed, and passionate about creating a superior shopping experience whilst embodying the Company’s core values. You welcome our guests confidently, build trusting relationships through product knowledge, listening, and lifestyle questions. You take ownership of your daily tasks and are self‑driven to meet individual sales and KPI targets. Responsibilities Approach and engage guests in a friendly and proactive manner. Promote guest loyalty by providing a superior selling experience. Provide recommendations using product knowledge and storytelling. Take ownership of individual targets and KPIs. Apply effective one‑on‑one selling skills.
