We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Estates Manager to join our team in Skegness for an 18 month Fixed term contract. The salary on offer starts from £50,000 plus £3,000 car allowance and 10% performance based bonus. Base pay range Starting from £50,000 plus £3,000 car allowance and 10% performance based bonus. Responsibilities You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our built environment. The postholder will manage one Estates Coordinator and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality facilities services whilst putting the customer at the heart of what we do. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of estates and facilities services across the sites. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Engage with stakeholders across a multi‑occupied estate to deliver responsive and effective FM services. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, capital projects, and service contracts. Provide input into estates planning and initiatives. What you will bring to the role Proven experience in estates or facilities management within complex environments. Expert understanding of compliance. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Background in Facilities Management or other relevant industry.
