What you'll be doing as a Floor manager at The Hart Oversee day-to-day operations across all guest-facing areas (bar, restaurant and event spaces). Ensure smooth transitions between service periods and floor sections. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive and productive work environment. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours, while staying within budgeted labour costs. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, control labour costs, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
