A key role in improving outcomes for our children.The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have. The successful candidates will: NVQ Level 2 playworker, childcare, or equivalent or willing to undergo training. Knowledge of appropriate play activities e.g. crafts, sports and games A basic awareness of health and safety practices Organise and plan games and sports Supervise children and give out refreshments and food. Deal with injuries and emergencies Be supportive, nurturing and understanding with high expectations. Communicate well with parents, carers and members of staff, as well as pupils.
