Field Service Engineer

Your day will include corrective and preventative maintenance. Your primary objective will be to satisfy customer requirements and ensure customer /company SLA and KPI targets and contractual obligations are fully achieved. This role will suit someone with the experience and capabilities listed, ideally located in the broader South-East region in order to provide service geographically from Hampshire, Sussex, Dorset, Brighton & Hove, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight, and other regional locations as required. A company vehicle will be provided however it is imperative you are located within the SE region to be considered.ResponsibilitiesIdentify system faults through electrical testing procedures and with Vix software monitoring toolsRectify system, on-street hardware and on-vehicle hardware faults within SLAsCorrespondence with customer on maintenance and fault issuesMaintain and drive to improve KPI performanceInstallation and commissioning of on-vehicle and on-street equipmentMaintain and update documentation accuratelyLiaise with local team and with Configuration EngineersEnsure compliance of planned maintenance programmeAttend periodic progress meetings alongside other Vix staffEnsure customer satisfactionComply with Health and Safety StandardsWe regret that this position is only available for UK citizens/Residents with indefinite leave to remain in the UK, with current full time work rights for the United Kingdom, currently residing in the UK.
