We’re looking for stand-out leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can make a real impact in the cityResponsibilities:Lead daily operations and run busy shifts with confidence, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience.Take charge of P&L management, stock control, target achievement, and business reporting.Develop, mentor, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver five-star service.Ensure full compliance with licenses, risk assessments, and health & safety regulations.Manage team rotas and optimise labour efficiency.Skills and Experience:A first-class knowledge of classic cocktails and a deep passion for mixology.Strong business acumen with experience in financial management and stock control.Outstanding leadership, training, and team-building skills.Sharp problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to challenges.A hands-on attitude—you’re not afraid to jump behind the bar and smash out a dozen Espresso Martinis when neededExcellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.About Nightcap:Nightcap is an award-winning operator in the late-night bar scene.
