Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a global leading construction business working on a one of a kind, ground breaking construction project in the region. In this role you will be supporting the Construction Manager with day to day activities onsite.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Day to day site management activities

* Ensure all site procedures and practices are followed and completing records and documentation.

* Ensure compliance with the health and safety Management Plan and BAM Operating Procedures.

* Manage direct and sub contract labour and the keeping of records and allocation sheets.

* Advice on buildability issues as required.

* Attend and support weekly site meetings, promoting communication, standards, and safety.

* Maintain site presentation, secure necessary documentation, and manage site inductions for all personnel.

Experience Required

* Precvious experience working on construction sites in a supervisory capacity.

* Civils & M&E experience

* Good knowledge of H&S, temporary works & quality assurance

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Project and Asta Team plan

* Valid First Aid at Work Certificate

* Valid SMSTS Certificate

Desirable Experience

* NVQ Construction Management

* CITB Managers and Professionals & CSCS card
