About the Role This is a key leadership position within our global Finance function. You will oversee financial reporting and compliance across assigned international regions, ensuring timely delivery of management accounts and statutory filings. Leading a team of four, you'll foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while acting as a trusted business partner to operational teams. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a small finance team, supporting their professional growth. Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver insightful variance analysis. Produce management packs and lead discussions with operations teams. Own the budget and forecasting process for assigned regions. Ensure compliance with statutory accounts, tax filings, and regulatory requirements. Act as key liaison for group audits and statutory accounts. Support commercial decision-making through appraisals and contract reviews. Drive process improvements in reporting, controls, and finance systems. What We’re Looking For ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in management accounting or financial reporting. Proven experience managing and motivating a team. Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and tax compliance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly. Experience in multinational environments and multi‑currency reporting is desirable. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and commitment to deadlines. Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and supporting business growth. Why Join Us?
