CRM : Senior Solutions Architect .Role : Senior Solutions ArchitectLocation : UK or South AfricaSalary : Up-to £51,000 (UK) or Up-to R 1,100,606 (South Africa)Reports to : Head of CRMAbout the roleAs Senior SA you will take the lead in rolling out everything from strategy to the technical implementation of HubSpot tools. You will be someone who understands CRM, data manipulation (formatting, normalization, cleansing, etc), and be able to consult with stakeholders of all different levels to build a unified strategy and plan to align people, processes and technology. You'll work alongside the strategic RevOps function as part of our delivery team to help deliver the implementation, alongside supporting our pre-sales efforts and experimenting with new tools and processes internally to keep evolving our offerings.As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will plan, build, and manage our clients’ digital systems toward total organisational alignment, with HubSpot playing a key role. You will quickly develop the ability to scope, plan, execute and train a unified system architecture across various systems required to succeed in this role. Delivering lead intelligence to sales, closing the attribution loop, and creating frictionless experiences internally and externally are paramount to providing value to our clients.What you’ll doLead and support CRM audits and data migrationsProvide guidance on project planning that clearly communicates the job to be done to all contributorsManage the technical aspects of building key HubSpot systems (marketing automation, CRM, custom code actions, data aggregation, etc.) that support client objectives and requirementsLead clients through strategy & consultation, sprint planning, build & trainingNon-technical integrations between platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Drift etc)Technical integration scoping, working with APIs, reviewing documentation and communicating with DevelopersWork with and manage communications with multiple levels of stakeholdersImplement a Revops strategy driven towards streamlining data flow and enabling sales with lead intelligence the client can use to have more effective conversations with prospectsLead opportunity nurturing processes through the sales funnel by injecting automation and data capture mechanismsOwn the data integration strategy, improving process and operational efficiencies and ensuring GDPR complianceDeliver tech strategy insights to relevant stakeholders to help them understand technology options available to support them in their mid to long term planningHelp build a collaborative and transparent culture of continuous improvement, within the team and across domains, while mentoring junior team membersWhat we’re looking for6+ years experience in CRM audit and integrations (Agency experience will be an added advantage)Experience with API integrations and agile implementation methodologiesTechnical competencies / experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo or similarThe ability to engender trust and confidence through your interactions and capabilities with the stakeholders you interact withExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with clients, prospects and partners by telephone, email and in personTechnological mindset and aptitudeAn analytical eye for data and processesUnderstanding of basic inbound marketing principlesAn understanding of AI : LLMs, agentic workflows and how to use AI to enhance processesA deep understanding of sales processes and strategiesFundamental understanding of data warehousing, data visualisation tools like PowerBi or DataboxOther Accounting or ERP softwares like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.Coding experience with languages like Javascript, Python, HTML CSS, SQLWhy join usAt Six & Flow, we’re building an agency we’d all choose to work for : compassionate, growth-focused, and team-first.
