Join us in inspiring meaningful change and creating actionable results.Role SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, team coordination, and delivery oversight. This role is pivotal in ensuring all deliverables, timelines, and KPIs are met across all workstreams. Work will be focused on healthcare clients, so experience with healthcare projects, particularly care transformation projects, is preferable. Importantly, this role will require international travel for ~20% of the time. The Project Manager coordinates communication between Do Tank and client teams, proactively spots potential challenges and drives issue resolution, tracks performance against KPIs, and maintains detailed project documentation. The project manager has strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.ResponsibilitiesProgram Oversight & Coordination: Manages and monitors the overall work plan across all workstreams in alignment with scope, objectives, and milestones. Coordinates schedules, resource allocations, and deliverable timelines.Stakeholder Management, Communication and Project Logistics: Serves as the primary point of contact for client project leader and key stakeholders and coordinates within/across departments. Manages project logistics - meeting scheduling, on-site planning, travel documentation (if required). Identifies project risks early, proposes mitigation strategies, and manages issues as they arise. Tracks and addresses any potential KPI failures or delivery risks in line with contractual terms.Reporting & Documentation: Ensures timely preparation of all reports, presentations, and updates. Prepares and submits Monthly Progress Reports, Performance Reports, Incident Reports, and KPI Reports and/or other reporting requirements. Monitors fiscal management to ensure profitable delivery.
