Regional Office Coordinator (Sales & Lettings) Location: Central London RegionDepartment: OperationsReports to: Regional Directors Location base: Euston/Field based The Role As a Regional Office Coordinator, you will oversee and support several branches, acting as the key link between local office teams and our central departments. You’ll combine hands‑on coordination with leadership and oversight responsibilities, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior/Associate Office Coordinator or Operations Lead looking to take the next step in their career with a leading agency brand. Key Responsibilities Core Coordination & Administrative Support Provide administrative support across the region, including documentation, data entry, and correspondence. Step in to cover branch coordinators during absences or peak periods, ensuring seamless continuity. Handle escalated client queries promptly and professionally, maintaining Chestertons’ standards of service. Oversee marketing materials and property listings to ensure accuracy and consistency across all offices. Manage office facilities, supplies, and operational readiness. Ensure all processes and records are fully compliant with company and legal requirements. Regional Leadership & Oversight Supervise, support, and mentor Office Coordinators and Senior / Associate Coordinators across the region. Conduct regular performance check‑ins and identify training or development needs. Act as the liaison between local offices and central departments (Sales, Lettings, Marketing, Compliance, HR, Finance). Process Improvement & Standardisation Implement consistent administrative and operational procedures across multiple offices. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity. Promote best practices in CRM use, documentation, and customer care. Reporting & Performance Analysis Compile and analyse data on listings, transactions, and client satisfaction. Prepare regional performance reports and dashboards for senior management. Track key operational KPIs and ensure compliance and accuracy standards are maintained. Training & Development Deliver training on systems, compliance, and customer service to coordinators and support teams. Foster a collaborative, high‑performing administrative network across the region. Project & Change Management Lead or support regional initiatives such as CRM rollouts, process updates, and operational projects. Act as a key point of contact for feedback, improvement, and communication between teams.
