Global Role | Security Products & Solutions Group (SPS) SPS is a global leader in security innovation, operating as part of Securitas Technology and backed by Securitas AB. We deliver world‑class integrated solutions that protect, connect, and optimise organisations of every size. Our purpose is clear : to make the world a safer place through smarter, seamless technologies that drive real impact. Our intrusion alarm systems protect what matters most and now we’re looking for a driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of our next‑generation product lines across SMB and enterprise markets. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a well‑established portfolio and steer its future. From panels and sensors to cloud and mobile integration, you’ll guide the roadmap, listen to customers, partner with engineers, and bring innovative, compliant, and customer‑first solutions to market. One of our colleagues has just been promoted internally (we love to grow our people), which means we’re opening the door for a new Product Manager to step in and make an impact. We’re seeking someone with product management experience in intrusion or electronic security, a strong grasp of hardware, software, and cloud integration, and the confidence to engage with everyone from customers to execs. If you’re excited by the chance to lead products that make a global impact — we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do As Product Manager, you’ll own a well‑established product line and guide it into the future. You’ll be the voice of the customer, the bridge between teams, and the strategic driver for product evolution. Lead the roadmap for intrusion alarm systems — from panels and sensors to communication modules (LTE / IP / Cellular). Conduct voice‑of‑customer research with integrators, dealers, and end users. Define and manage product requirements, collaborating with engineering, UX, and operations. Collaborate with the larger product team on integration and unification objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes (UL / ETL, CE / EN). Drive the Go‑to‑Market strategy in partnership with internal Sales, Marketing, Training, and Technical Support teams, collaborating with our Channel Partners teams. Act as the subject matter expert for sales training, trade shows, and partner engagement. Oversee product lifecycle from concept through sunset, including sustaining engineering support. What You Bring We’re looking for a product leader who blends technical expertise, industry knowledge, and customer empathy : 2+ years of product management in intrusion alarm systems or related security tech. 4+ years overall in electronic security hardware / software (OEM, service provider, or similar). Proven track record delivering hardware plus cloud‑integrated security products. Strong knowledge of compliance & security standards (UL / ETL / CE / EN, encryption protocols, secure comms). Agile mindset : experience with Jira / ADO and hardware / software release cycles. Excellent communicator able to engage with execs, engineers, and customers alike. Ability to work in alignment with Eastern US time zones to support global collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Engineering (or related field). Familiarity with mobile app integrations, APIs, and IP‑based security systems 5+ years in product management. Core Competencies Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration. Ability to work in ambiguity and influence cross‑functional teams. Strategic mindset with customer‑first orientation. Ability to translate technical requirements into market‑facing features. Familiarity with product lifecycle and go‑to‑market planning. Why You’ll Love It Here Be part of a global leader at the cutting edge of intrusion and electronic security. Take full ownership of a product line with real customer impact. Work in an innovation‑first culture where your ideas matter. Grow your career — we invest in our people and promote from within. Work‑from‑home flexibility and travel opportunities to customers, partners and industry events. This role is ideal for someone who loves blending technical depth with customer focus — and wants to see their products protecting people, property, and businesses around the world. Ready to help shape the future of security? Apply now and join a team where innovation, reliability, and customer trust come first. #J-18808-Ljbffr
