Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Employment Law Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team at Axis Solicitors Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a variety of employment‑related matters. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex legal issues while maintaining a client‑focused approach. Duties Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, and compliance issues. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings related to employment disputes. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation. Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in employment law and best practices. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions. Assist in the development of training materials and workshops for clients on employment law topics. Maintain accurate records of case files and client communications in accordance with firm policies. Requirements Qualified solicitor with relevant experience in employment law. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients’ interests. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in reviewing documents and contracts. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and client service. Salary £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year Additional Pay Commission pay Benefits Company pension On‑site parking Schedule 8 hour shift, Day shift, Weekend availability Location & Commute In person (Man‑chester M8 8PY).
