El entorno de trabajo fomenta la colaboración y el aprendizaje, permitiendo que cada artista cree los mejores entornos de su carrera.Responsabilidades PrincipalesCreación e Implementación de Entornos de Alta Calidad: Desarrollar modelos y texturas 3D para terrenos, geología y masas de agua (ríos, lagos, océanos) alineadas con la visión artística y las restricciones técnicas del juego.Colaboración Multidisciplinar: Trabajar estrechamente con el Art Director, Game Designer y Technical Artist para lograr entornos visualmente atractivos, optimizados para el gameplay y siguiendo los estándares de rendimiento.Manejo de Herramientas Avanzadas: Utilizar software como Gaea, World Machine y Houdini, además de técnicas de generación procedural (Unreal PCG, Houdini), para crear entornos escalables y de alta calidad.Liderazgo y Mentorización: Apoyar y guiar al equipo de artistas de entornos, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad y fomentando una cultura de creatividad y excelencia.Feedback y Revisión: Participar en críticas y revisiones del trabajo del equipo, asegurando que se cumplan las expectativas de diseño y visión artística.RequisitosExperiencia en títulos lanzados: Haber trabajado en al menos un videojuego como Senior Environment Artist.Sólidos conocimientos técnicos: Dominio avanzado de herramientas de modelado y texturizado (Maya, 3DSMax, Blender, Substance Painter) y creación de terrenos (Gaea, World Machine, Houdini).Experiencia con motores de juego: Uso avanzado de Unreal Engine o Unity, con énfasis en optimización e integración de entornos.Dotes artísticas y narrativas: Conocimiento profundo de forma, composición y narrativa visual para crear mundos atractivos.Liderazgo y comunicación: Capacidad para mentorizar artistas junior y colaborar proactivamente con otros equipos.DeseablesExperiencia avanzada en Unreal Engine: Manejo de Nanite, creación de materiales o Blueprints.Entornos de mundo abierto: Experiencia previa en la creación de mapas y mundos grandes.Fotogrametría: Uso de técnicas de captura y procesamiento de terrenos y assets geológicos.Beneficios25 días de vacaciones, más uno en tu cumpleaños.Cierre del estudio en Navidad y Año Nuevo.Plan de bonus discrecional.Pensión privada.Seguro de salud privado.Beneficios de salud y bienestar.Atención dental.Tratamientos ópticos.Apoyo a la salud mental.Si quieres más ofertas de empleo de Animación, 3D, VFX y Arte digital ENTRA AQUÍBienvenido a notodoanimacion.es | Tu web sobre Animación, VFX y Arte Digital en habla Hispana. #J-18808-Ljbffr
