Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment history. Prepare regular reports on credit control performance for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements within the retail industry. Support the accounting and finance department with ad hoc tasks as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Credit Controller should have: Proven experience in credit control or a related role within the accounting and finance department. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A detail‑oriented approach to ensure accuracy in records and reporting.
