The role sits within a Chambers Band 1 and Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked team, known for providing high-quality employment advice to an impressive client base including PLCs, SMEs, and senior individuals. The Role: This is a broad advisory and contentious employment law position, working closely with a market-recognised partner who leads the Oxford-based team. You’ll be advising both employers and senior employees on matters including: Disciplinary and grievance issues Discrimination and whistleblowing TUPE and restructuring Employment Tribunal claims Senior exits and executive advisory work You’ll be joining a national team of over 40 employment specialists and contributing to a genuinely collaborative, people-focused culture.
