As an Activities Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering an ongoing programme of activities and events that engage residents, promote their independence, and are tailored to meet their individual needs. Many of our residents are living with various age‑related conditions, but they still strive to lead a full and active life. You’ll get to know them, find out what they love to do—or perhaps used to love to do—and help create new memories with them. You’ll become part of our extended family, working alongside team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth, and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes. Madley Park House is a warm and welcoming 'home from home' offering round‑the‑clock residential, early‑stage dementia, and respite care with amenities including a hair salon and residents’ shop. Situated in a quiet location in the thriving market town of Witney, the home has strong links to the local community.
