As a 3.5-Tonne Driver, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations at this family owned builders merchant who pride themselves on providing customers with convenient, reliable access to top-quality products. You will be ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of building materials to customers and project sites.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver goods within the boundaries of the M25 and occasionally further afield.

* Assist with vehicle loading and unloading as needed.

* Maintain the delivery vehicle to a high standard.

* Plan routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries.

* Unload goods at customer addresses.

* Collect signatures upon delivery and issue invoices.

* Accept credit card payments during deliveries.

* Update delivery records accurately.

* Return undelivered items to the branch

Requirements:

* Essential possession of a clean full UK driving license.

* Previous driving experience within London.

* Strong practical driving skills and keen awareness of road safety.

* Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

* Ability to complete paperwork and maintain records diligently
