Our aim is to work closely with our valued clients to ensure our service delivery is exceptional at all times. Summary We are seeking a Small Works Estimator to work within the Small Works Estimating Team out of our Leeds office. The successful candidate will be a self‑motivated individual with the ability to work quickly and accurately. Responsibilities Compile small works quotations from engineering leads, clients and CRM requests. Source required materials from approved suppliers. Upload and manage quotations on our client portals. Liaise and arrange technical surveys. Process client purchase orders through to our Sales team. Manage close working relationships with the CRM, CRD & New Business teams. Manage close working relationships with our Engineering team. Manage outstanding and assigned quotations. Required Skills & Qualifications Industry knowledge preferred; full training will be given. IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Self‑motivated. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work alone and effectively organise your time. Working Conditions Office‑based role. Working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 with a one‑hour lunch break. Salary will be discussed at interview stage. Screening & Checks Successful candidates will be required to undergo BS7858 Employment Screening and a DBS check.
