Key Responsibilities Provide personalised coaching on weight management, fitness, stress and work‑life balance. Deliver wellness inductions, create tailor‑made exercise programmes and deliver ongoing support to help members achieve lasting change. Build authentic relationships with members, foster a positive and engaging environment, drive interaction, upsell services and retain memberships. Maintain a safe, hygienic gym area by ensuring equipment upkeep, health and safety compliance and routine cleaning checks. Deliver high‑quality Personal Training sessions (8‑12 hours per week), benefitting from a tiered pay system that supports progression to Senior PT and Master Trainer levels. Qualifications and Skills Minimum CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification. Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Instructing Exercise and Fitness. CPR, First Aid or AED certification. Schedule Operates 7 days a week, 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns vary with business needs, covering all opening hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
