Managing Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure Programme - YorkshireWe are recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to support an energy infrastructure upgrade programme in Yorkshire. The role will oversee commercial delivery across a range of transmission reinforcement works, including overhead line strengthening, substation redevelopment and associated civils.You will take responsibility for full commercial management, ensuring robust cost control, financial governance and effective contract administration across several live work packages. This is a senior appointment offering long term progression on nationally significant grid upgrade works.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial function across multiple packagesManage NEC contracts, cost forecasting, change control and valuationsOversee subcontract procurement and performanceProduce monthly CVRs, reports and risk registersSupport operational teams on commercial and contractual mattersBuild strong relationships with internal teams, clients and suppliersRequirementsProven experience as a Managing or Senior QS on large scale infrastructure, utilities or energy projectsNEC contract knowledgeExcellent commercial reporting and cost management skillsExperience managing multi disciplinary packagesConfident stakeholder manager with strong communication skillsLocationYorkshire, with travel to regional project sites.What's on offerCar allowancePension schemePrivate healthcareLife assurance25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysProfessional development and training supportLong term career progressionPlease apply with an updated CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
