We’re a growing home care provider making a real difference — and we want you to be part of our journey.We’re looking for dedicated Care Assistants (Home Carers) who are passionate about supporting others and want to work in a company that values and invests in its team.What You’ll Be DoingPersonal care and daily routinesAdministering medication (training provided)Mobility and use of equipment (e.g., hoists)Preparing meals, light household tasksSupporting wellbeing and companionshipPromoting independence and safetyRequirementsCompassionate, patient, and respectfulA team player who genuinely caresA full UK driving licence and access to your own carRight to work in the UKGood spoken and written EnglishAvailable to work at least 16 hours a weekBenefitsCompetitive Pay – £13.80Paid travel time – 40p per mile mileage allowancePaid induction training12 week mentoring programme with senior staffSupport with QCF / NVQ in Health & Social Care (often fully funded)Bonuses & Recognition – £150 bonus after probationRefer‑a‑Friend scheme worth up to £275Monthly employee recognition & reward schemesAccrued 28 days holiday (not rolled up)Company pension scheme (NEST auto‑enrolment)Free uniform and PPESmartphone apps for easy loggingEmployee reward platform (e.g. discounts, perks)Work Flexibility That Works For YouWe know life is busy, so we offer part‑time and full‑time roles with minimum 16‑hour contracts and flexible schedules.
