Responsibilities The COO reports directly to the CEO and will be a member of Ofgem’s Senior Executive Committee (SEC), directly involved in all key executive decisions and the principal adviser on financial and corporate matters to the CEO and Board. Represent Ofgem across government, UK regulatory networks and the energy sector, and engage with senior stakeholders.
