Maths Lecturer at ASUB Advanced Services Utility Building S.p.A.Location: Ellesmere PortContract Type: Hourly PaidDuration: 08/12 - 19/12Start Date: ASAPResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and accessible GCSE Maths lessons to learners of mixed abilitiesPlan and prepare schemes of work, lesson resources, and assessmentsTrack learner progress, marking and providing timely feedbackSupport students with gaps in knowledge, building confidence and motivationWork collaboratively with the Maths team and wider curriculum staffMaintain high standards of classroom management and a positive learning environmentSkills & Experience RequiredExperience teaching GCSE Maths within FE or secondary educationStrong understanding of the GCSE specification and effective resit strategiesAbility to differentiate and adapt teaching to varied learning needsExcellent communication, organisational skills, and ability to inspire learnersQualifications (any of the following welcomed)QTS, QTLS, PGCE, CertEd, DTLLS, DET, Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training, or equivalent.
