Overview ONP Solicitors, part of Movera, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Team Manager to lead a team of Property Lawyers in Central Cardiff. We are a leading modern Conveyancing firm, using technology while keeping people at the core. Our mission is to create celebratory home‑moving experiences and drive industry change. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day team activities and ensure smooth operations. Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and positive working environment. Coach, mentor, and manage performance for a high‑performing team. Apply legal knowledge to drive upskilling and performance improvement. Influence processes, implement change initiatives, and embed best practice. Handle client/service queries, complaints, and maintain accurate records. Build and maintain relationships across the business and with third parties. Support Senior Operations Managers in salary review and budget processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage workload distribution, productivity, and resource planning. Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings and maintain Personal Development Plans. Assist in recruiting new team members and chair regular team meetings. What You'll Need Extensive conveyancing experience. Proven track record of successfully managing a team. A passion for training, coaching and mentoring. High energy to develop and motivate a high‑performing team. What We Can Offer 25 days holiday.
