The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cabling technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cabling systems for our clients. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of cabling technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cabling systems. Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with industry regulations. Plan and coordinate cabling projects, including scheduling, materials procurement, and team assignments. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during cabling installations or maintenance. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in cabling installation and maintenance as subcontractor. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of cabling systems, including fiber optic and copper cabling. Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
