This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on engineer with leadership experience who is looking to step into a key role within a fast‑paced, fully automated environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of site engineers.Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities across the site.Ensure engineering tasks are carried out safely, effectively, and in line with site standards.Support continuous improvement, reliability projects, and root cause analysis.Report engineering performance and issues to the Maintenance Manager.Foster strong communication between production and engineering teams. Requirements Apprentice‑trained engineer (mechanical or electrical).Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience within an industrial environment.Background in FMCG, food production, or automated distribution is essential.Strong technical fault‑finding skills and a hands‑on approach.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
