About the role The Estates Department are looking to enhance their maintenance team and would like to add a full time, Band 5, Multi Skilled Plumber to their team. You will work as a member of the Estates team across multi-disciplined trades, providing comprehensive plumbing services to all wards and departments in a multi-disciplined environment, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures. Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive plumbing services across the Trust. Provide emergency response and undertake on-call duties as part of the on-call team to ensure that emergency repairs occurring out of normal hours are attended to. Assist with maintenance and repair of plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, pumps and associated equipment. Carry out troubleshooting and rectification of faults and defects. Qualifications & requirements Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent. Experience in multi-skilled plumbing within a healthcare setting (preferable). Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
