About The Role Days of Working: Monday‑Friday 6am - 2pm Additional Information: Flexibility will be needed due to covering other areas if needed. Specialist Window Cleaning (SWC), part of the OCS Group, are currently recruiting for a Window Cleaning Operative to join our passionate and driven team. Key Responsibilities To carry out works scheduled by the supervisor or line manager in a timely, safe manner. Be aware of the condition of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced. Report any faults to supervisor/management. Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH. Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors. Report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if possible. Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities to the Line Manager/supervisor. Criteria Must have right to work in the UK. You must hold a full UK Driving Licence. You will have experience in window cleaning and ideally in working at heights and high buildings. You must have the ability to work well on your own, be self‑sufficient and motivated whilst also being comfortable working as part of a team and following instruction. A professional attitude.
