Pfizer is seeking a Primary Insights expert to join the Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) team to support the Prevnar Vaccine for Adults. IIS is a team of internal consultants and brand strategists that partner with senior commercial leaders and GCA (Global Commercial Analytics) COEs to maximize business value and enable executional excellence. Reporting to the IIS US Comirnaty and Prevnar Adult Vaccines Team Lead, this person will design and execute best‑in‑class primary market research that represents the “voice of the customer” in support of the team’s strategic priorities. The role is accountable for developing and executing a market‑research plan of >$1M in US & Global markets and serves as a key strategic point of contact for US and global brand commercial leadership. The successful candidate will proactively identify business questions, create learning plans, design and manage multiple simultaneous research initiatives, understand changes in customer and patient attitudes through various PMR studies, and deliver clear, actionable insights‑based recommendations that directly impact performance. As a member of IIS within the larger GCA organization, you will work with a team that provides intellectual insight on commercial brand strategy, framing business problems so the business can execute to drive impact and unlock value. IIS harnesses insights from multiple GCA sources, leading day‑to‑day problem solving and business partner management while inspiring, leading, and developing new IIS colleagues. Brand Strategy Provide strategic thought partnership to US and Global commercial teams to drive investment decisions, strategies, and tactical plans. Act as strategic partner to frame, investigate, and answer key business questions related to the identification and evaluation of commercial strategies and tactics. Design and execute market‑research studies, serving as the voice of the customer for the brand strategy team. Develop and execute the creation of an in‑house knowledge base to drive patient and HCP insights. Promotional Performance and Execution Insights Develop and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of a brand’s marketing campaign. Recommend campaign improvement and corrective actions. Evaluate campaign assets to ensure optimal customer experience steeped in deep customer insights. Integrate campaign insights into broader analytic activities to paint a full picture of marketing execution and customer behavior, informing resource allocation decisions. Play a key role in advancing the vision for the future direction of brand activities. Collaboration With Other Analytics Teams Lead the end‑to‑end vendor selection and management process, including contract negotiation and performance oversight. Partner with vendor/contingent workers to ensure delivery of high‑quality market research for U.S. and global markets, aligned with business objectives and compliance standards. Partner with various cross‑functional teams—data science, analytics engineering, market research, and media—as needed. Align with other analytics teams to ensure cohesive activities with stakeholders. Actively contribute to the advancement of team capabilities through thought leadership and knowledge sharing. Basic Qualifications BA/BS in Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field required; MS or MBA preferred. 6+ years in consulting or market analytics/market research (5+ years for MS or MBA). Demonstrated ability to develop market‑research plans and lead research projects with a budget of >$1M annually. Proven expertise in end‑to‑end vendor selection and management for U.S. and international market research, ensuring compliance and high‑quality execution. Defined involvement in framing, designing, and executing solutions for challenging business situations. In‑depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines, including primary and secondary data, with a keen understanding of output and timely insight derivation. Proven track record as an indispensable thought partner to brand leaders, influencing without authority. Team‑oriented and collaborative approach with outstanding listening skills and the ability to influence through management. Exceptional intellectual curiosity, creativity, and innovation. Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at high organizational levels; excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate in a team environment and influence change at all organizational levels. Excellent communication of complex ideas, verbally and in writing. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of vaccine experience. Experience leading global and U.S. market research for consumer and HCP insights. Understanding of IQVIA (DDD, LAAD) and other secondary data sources. Non‑standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements Limited business travel required. Work Location Hybrid. Other Job Details Last day to apply: December 10, 2025. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00. This position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan, with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary, and eligibility to participate in a share‑based long‑term incentive program.
