OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for aSales Administrator to joinLloyd BMW/MINI/BYD based in Blackpool.Salary: £30,000 per annumHours: Monday - Friday 08:30 – 17:00ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Sales Executives and Sales Management to process vehicle invoices, tax cars and register warranty information on vehicles.Help Sales Executives with ownership changes, used car taxing and cherished plate transfers.Ensure all customer data and vehicle records are kept up-to-date, accurate and secure in line with GDPR requirements.Maintain accurate and clean vehicle stock books and reconciling month end reports.Be competent in registering new vehicles using government RAV (formerly AFRL) systems.Be comfortable in managing a high volume of transactions and prioritising workloads.Work with other internal and external retailers to process vehicle transfers and new vehicle swaps.Work with Sales Management to provide specification details and transfer the correct paperwork with vehicles being traded at auction.Rewards and Benefits33 days of annual leave, inclusive of Bank Holidays, effective from 2026.Cycle to work scheme.Free flu jabs.Life Cover.Internal and manufacturer training.About Lloyd Motor GroupFounded in 1976, Lloyd Motor Group is one of the UK's largest family-run car retailer groups, with 40 retailers across Northern England and Southern Scotland.
