Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly. Promote IHG One Rewards and upsell rooms and F&B outlets. Maintain a clean, organized front desk and ensure smooth communication between shifts. Monitor security and adhere to hotel protocols. Handle guest requests, complaints, and escalations when necessary. What We’re Looking For Previous hotel reception experience (4‑ or 5‑star preferred). Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude. Familiarity with IT systems like Opera and Office 365. Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus). Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
