Please note that this role may not be eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, please refer to the Direct Gov website for more information with regards to eligibility Main duties of the job The public involvement advisers will join a passionate and experienced team, working on a portfolio of activities to engage and involve people and communities in the development of NICE guidelines, medicines appraisals and healthtech evaluations. The public involvement advisers are responsible for identifying and supporting people who use health and social care services, carers and the public, and organisations representing their interests, in a range of NICE guidance. This includes project managing stakeholder engagement, lay member recruitment and support, and providing advice and training to various audiences. They will also contribute to the strategic development and promotion of patient and public involvement at NICE. The public involvement advisers will play an integral part in delivering programmes of work to support our 3-year strategy for involving and engaging people and communities at NICE. They will also play a key role in supporting NICE's broader transformational aims and strategy.
