Key Responsibilities Booking qualified appointments for Senior Broker Managers. Generating new business opportunities from both warm and self-sourced leads. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and lenders. Managing your sales pipeline effectively to meet and exceed targets. Delivering first-class service and ensuring compliance with documentation processes. What's on Offer Basic salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE £45,000+). Monday to Friday working hours - no weekends or late nights. 20 days' holiday (rising to 25 with service) plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off. Genuine career progression and professional development opportunities. About You Previous experience in outbound sales (e.g. Sales Executive, Lead Generator, or Sales Advisor). At least one year of B2B sales experience, ideally within financial services or brokerage. Alternatively, you may be a motivated graduate keen to start a career in finance and sales.
