About You What you’ll bring: Social Work qualification (BSc, DipSW, CQSW or international equivalent) Current registration with Social Work England Proven post‑qualifying experience in social/health care Experience with complex cases, crisis interventions, and safeguarding Strong skills in co‑producing care and support plans Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, DoLS, and Making Safeguarding Personal Experience mentoring, coaching, and supervising staff (desirable) Skilled in multi‑agency working and partnership development Familiarity with tech‑enabled care, early help, and preventative approaches AMHP and/or BIA qualified (or willing to train) Commitment to equality, culturally competent practice, and user empowerment Why Join Luton Council?
