We are looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher to join this role you will be working alongside design product content and engineer committed to creating customer-led products and services. You will play a critical role in creating useful and customer focused products.You will work with stakeholders across functions and levels and have impact at all stages of design and product development. You will explore user behaviours and motivations by conducting primary research such as field studies interviews diary studies participatory workshops usability testing and working closely with teams analysing behavioural data.Job responsibilities include :Lead and conduct user research in a given product area working closely with Design Content Product and EngineeringWork with team members and stakeholders to prioritise research opportunities in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.Lead and advise on research plans overall user research strategy and methodsManage and conduct generative and evaluation researchConduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiencesUnderstand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into researchAdvocate and provide guidance on how to use customer insights and data to inform decisionsPresent and communicate user research and recommendations to the larger organisationSupport and develop best practices research methodologies and frameworks to drive efficiency across the organisationBe an advocate for the customers and foster a shared understanding of a customer first approach in the organisation.Required qualifications capabilities and skillsStrong hands-on experience as a Senior UX Researcher in a product or service environment.Experienced in a wide range of exploratory and evaluative research methods in product and / or service developmentExperience scaling research processes and defining best practicePassion for championing the customerIn-depth understanding of UX and UI designCritical-thinking and problem-solving skillsSolid communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate research insights to different stakeholdersThrive in a fast-paced collaborative team-oriented cross-functional environmentDevelop and sustain effective and cooperative working relationships with peers managers and other internal or external stakeholdersBachelors degree in HCI Human Factors Cognitive Psychology Sociology Anthropology or related field or equivalent professional experiencePreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsExperience in the Atlassian suite of software (Confluence) is desirableExperience with B2B applications preferredExperienceSenior ICKey SkillsLaboratory ExperienceImmunoassaysMammalian Cell CulturePCRBiochemistryAssaysCell BiologyResearch ExperienceCell CultureMolecular BiologyFlow CytometryWestern BlotEmployment Type : Full-TimeExperience : yearsVacancy : 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
