As the Agricultural Insurance Sales Associate, you don’t need any prior insurance experience – full training will be provided to help you become fully licensed and confident in your new role.

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has a natural way of communicating and building strong relationships, especially with farmers and rural clients.

· Is motivated by earning potential, with the opportunity to earn commission on top of a salary.

· Enjoys talking to people and providing excellent customer service.

· Is mobile, holds a driving licence, and is happy to visit clients locally once trained.

· Has good maths and English skills to handle enquiries, quotations, and client information accurately.

· Is keen to learn, adaptable, and coachable, ready to progress from training to a licensed role.

· Works well in a small team but can also take initiative independently.

· Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and reliability in every interaction.

As a Sales Associate in the agricultural insurance sector, you will:

· Handle incoming enquiries from existing clients about policy changes.

· Respond to new business enquiries from potential clients, mainly farmers and rural businesses.

· Build relationships naturally with clients and support them with their insurance needs.

· Visit clients locally once fully trained and licensed, combining earning and relationship-building.

What “Once Licensed” Means

Once licensed, you will:

· Be fully authorised to advise clients and manage your own client relationships.

· Move from training into a full sales and client-facing role.

· Become eligible for commission incentives, giving you the chance to increase your earnings significantly.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
