Our Senior Care Assistant Role

* Supported by an experienced management team

* Leading a team of Care Assistants

* Responsibility for administering medication, identifying deteriorating residents and directing care

* Supporting residents to live fulfilling lives

* Offering kind and respectful care to elderly people needing support with personal care, mealtimes and activities

* Liaising with healthcare professionals

* Alternate weekends

The skills you’ll need

* L2 Diploma in Health and Social Care with the ambition to achieve L3

* Minimum two year's experience in care

* Previous experience of administering medications and leading a team of Carers

* Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person'

* A good level of written and spoken English
