Our Early Years outdoor area has recently had an amazing play trail installed and our Early Years leader works across preschool and our reception classes to ensure the children have fantastic progressive learning opportunities. Working Hours & Days Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm (22.5 hours) – Term time plus Inset days, 39 working weeks per year Employment Details Permanent Grade 3 – SCP 4‑6 Full‑time equivalent salary £25,185 – £25,989 (£13.05 – £13.47 per hour) Actual salary £13,099 (£25,185 pro‑rata) – starting January 2026 Duties Work in our Preschool every morning, supporting the Early Years leader. Ensure the children receive progressive learning opportunities across preschool and reception classes. Maintain and support the outdoor play area and play trail. Qualifications & Experience Grade 3 – SCP 4‑6 Background in early childhood education and experience working with preschool‑aged children.
