We are currently recruiting an IT Technician Apprentice to join our growing organisation.Aims and purpose of the jobAs an apprentice with David Allen IT Solutions, your role will involve supporting our clients both remotely and on-site using our Remote Monitoring and Management (RRM) technologies. You will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of IT systems, striving to minimise downtime and maximise operational time for our clients. Delivering exceptional customer service will be at the heart of your work, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.About the ApprenticeshipThroughout your apprenticeship, you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ IT systems, both remotely and on-site, gaining real-world experience with a wide range of technologies. You will be responsible for completing your work to the highest standards, managing your time effectively to meet targets, and providing timely responses to client queries. As part of your learning journey, you’ll gain hands-on experience diagnosing issues, installing and configuring systems, and applying IT security measures.
